RIVR Records supports creative technology, but the rights of artists, writers, producers and rights holders must be respected. This page sets out RIVR Records' reservation of rights regarding the use of its content.
RIVR Records expressly reserves all rights in and to its content, including recordings, compositions, lyrics, artwork, artist names, voices, likenesses, videos, photographs, metadata, logos, website content and other creative materials.
No RIVR Records content may be used for text and data mining, machine learning, AI model training, voice cloning, dataset creation, synthetic media generation, scraping or similar technologies without RIVR Records' prior written consent.
You may not use RIVR Records content, artist names, voices, likenesses, branding or creative materials to create, train, distribute or promote synthetic content that imitates, suggests endorsement by, or could be confused with RIVR Records or its artists without written permission.
Standard search engine indexing for the sole purpose of displaying search results is not intended to be restricted, provided that the content is not used for AI training, dataset creation or other unauthorized commercial exploitation.
